April 5, 2026
As we head into Spring Break, I want to wish all of our Bruin families a safe, restful, and joyful week. This time is well-deserved, and I hope it brings opportunities for relaxation, fun, and time together.
This past week was filled with meaningful celebrations and moments of connection. We were proud to celebrate Mrs. Johnson with a special parade and an outpouring of thoughtful notes and appreciation during Assistant Principal Appreciation Week.
We also extend our sincere thanks to all of our families who joined us for our Military Appreciation parades. Your presence helped us honor and recognize the strength, sacrifice, and resilience of our military-connected students and their families. These moments matter, and we are grateful to share them together as a school community.

We Need Your Help with the Yearbook
|
As we continue capturing all the special moments of this school year, we need your help! Please remember to send any photos from school events to wbpyearbook26@gmail.com. The more pictures we receive, the better our yearbook will be—helping us showcase the smiles, celebrations, and memories that make Western Branch Primary such a special place. Thank you for helping us preserve this year’s Bruin memories!

Tardiness significantly hinders learning by causing students to miss essential morning instructions, routines, and foundational academic content.
Lost Instructional Time: Even minor daily lateness adds up; 15 minutes late per day equals over 10 days of missed instruction annually.
Power Up: Being late to school might mean missing Power Up- Power Up begins immediately following the morning announcements and is a targeted instructional period designed to meet specific student learning needs.
Set up your ParentVue account to submit absentee notes, check grades, and see up-to-date attendance. ( Report an Absence in ParentVue)
